Dr Andrew Murray, GP and Sports Medicine consultant with the University of Edinburgh, and the European Tour Golf, and Ultra-marathon runner, told us that sitting down and activity is the biggest killer. Inactivity results in illnesses that kills 5.3 million people every year.

Rachel shows us how to do some easy exercises even when we are sitting down. Get active!
